Woodstream Corporation Return Policy (US Only)
Woodstream Corp. values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from the mosquitomagnet.com website.
Mosquito Magnet® Traps and Accessories: All traps, and accessories and parts that are unopened and still in its/their sealed package, purchased directly from Woodstream Corp. may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an Woodstream Corp. error, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all return merchandise.
How to Return: To return products, you must contact Woodstream Corp. customer service (800) 953-5737 and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) within the return policy period. The RGA number must be marked legibly on the outside of the Product's package. The RGA is valid for 15 days from issuance. DO NOT return products to our factory without our prior consent, and do not ship C.O.D.
After contacting Woodstream Corp. and obtaining an RGA number you must:
- Ship back all products that are approved by Woodstream Corp. for return with the RGA number.
- At Woodstream Corp.'s discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions. Woodstream Corp. will not accept returns of individual components shipped as part of a bundled or promotional package.
- Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with all other items that were included in the original shipment. Attractants and accessories that have been opened will not be accepted for return.
- Ship the product(s) at your expense and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, Woodstream Corp. will issue a credit of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Credits will be issued for credit card purchases.
